As the Head of SOC Operations at Cybalt, Anant Bhat is responsible for driving service excellence and delivery innovation through secure, reliable, and controlled services. Anant develops, coordinates and executes strategic operational plans to manage risk, resources and program management, ensuring the SOC remains compliant to internal and external requirements. He drives quality experience with optimization and automation through key technology investments.

Anant is passionate about attracting, developing and retaining diverse and talented SOC professionals, which is the core of Cybalt’s high-performing global SOC team. His team ensures alignment between the people, processes and technology that make up SOC services. Anant is respected for his knowledge sharing, specialized skill development and ability to create new career paths for his team.

During his 18+ years of cybersecurity experience, he accomplished peak levels of SOC performance and drove complicated incident response cases, while participating in timely resolution for clients. His mastery has developed through a series of structured and well-rounded experiences with organizations such as Essar Group and Reliance Group, offering global exposure in US, MEA and Asia Pacific regions. Under Anant’s leadership, hundreds of cyber-related projects have been delivered globally in various industries including Banking, Manufacturing, Services, Telecom, and Healthcare.

Anant holds a Management degree in Information System from Mumbai University, India.
