Neelam is the Marketing Head at Cybalt. As a leader of the marketing team, she promotes the company’s worldwide brand and communications. She is responsible for global marketing of the company’s Solutions Integration, Services and Cyber Security businesses.
As a marketing leader, Neelam brings years of expertise in many aspects of corporate communications, deep international experience and perspective, and a passion for creating new paths and procedures to ensure quality and excellence. Neelam heads up a truly global marketing organization, leveraging a strategic and creative team based everywhere from Mumbai to Pittsburgh to Reading. Neelam leads a team dedicated to corporate branding, digital marketing, and creativity, including content, design, and strategy for all of Cybalt's messaging. The objective, no matter where team members are based, is to deliver results and outcomes that align with business objectives.
Neelam has more than 25 years of experience spanning ITeS (BPO), education, financial services and insurance, publishing (media), and technology. She has managed and launched brands in Aptech Limited (Arena Multimedia, Aptech Computer Education, ISP brand Tring Tring), Time Out Bengaluru, Time Out Delhi, and CYBER-i, among others.
A 16-year veteran of the Essar Group, Neelam has managed multiple portfolios and marketing functions. At AGC Networks, she leads the Marketing, Communications, and PR functions, including presence marketing covering events and business analyst outreach, as well as Alliance marketing, and internal communications.
As Publisher at Paprika Media, Neelam was instrumental in the launch and expansion of the global Time Out brand across various cities in India. She set up the contract publishing cell, the events and activation revenue streams, and was responsible to operationally scale and manage new business opportunities within publishing.
While at Aegis Limited, Neelam enabled marketing communications, brand strategy and architecture, and sales support for the technology, engineering services, and shared services business units.
