Veronica Shivers

As Director of Program Governance and Management for Cybalt, Veronica Shivers’ main responsibility is ensuring the business achieves its goals and objectives through projects, by establishing and maintaining governance, methodology, processes, and standardization in how projects are driven; creating visibility into what is being worked on and why; and providing leadership for a remote and distributed team of Project Managers.

Veronica is a certified PMP with 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Prior to Cybalt, Veronica led the Americas region for NTT Security’s Service Transition team, where she implemented standardization and governance for how clients were on-boarded to their Managed Security Services. Prior to NTT Security, Veronica built and managed the global PMO for HP Security, directly managing a team of a dozen Project Managers and the projects for developing HP Security’s go-to market services. The PMO was pivotal in taking HP’s Security business to a $1.4B business and being ranked the #1 Global MSS Provider Overall by NelsonHall in 2017.

Veronica’s main focus is on project related work and she has a proven track record for improving business performance. Additionally, throughout her career, Veronica has been requested to present in Client Briefings/RFIs/RFPs to demonstrate credibility relative to having a plan. She is known for being a safe pair of hands, not only for her colleagues and superiors, but, also, clients.
